* ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE! Deposit go towards to your grand total the day of your appointment. Please be sure of the set that you are booking you can not change the day of your appointment.
* If you need to reschedule your appointment it MUST BE DONE 
48 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit. Reschedules $20 fee
* NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKING
PLEASE BE ON TIME ! Being late affects other clients…. please be considerate! AFTER 15 minutes you will be charged $15 late fee! AFTER 25 min your appointment WILL BE CANCELED!

*PLEASE COME WITH CLEAN DRY & FLAT IRONED HAIR, TO YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS SERVICE new installation or maintenance service or you will be charged a $55 + fee for this service
*I acknowledge that once I have inspected and approved the hair extensions and continue with the installation I fully responsible for the total payment of the service. (NON REFUNDABLE) for any circumstances, I understand the charge for removal or maintenance of hair extensions is not included in the original price fee.
Wait 4 days after install to wash *Keep your hair extensions clean and untangled by taking time to care for them & brush 3 -4 times every day from the bottom to the top. *Make sure to do the 4 steps care. *1-Sulfate free shampoo. (DO NOT USE PURPLE SHAMPOO) 2- Deep conditioning/ hydrating mask (keep away from tapes). 3- Conditioner. *Leave in & heat protector. *Silk or anti-frizz oil *DO NOT COMB OR BRUSH YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS WHILE HAIR IS WET. * Wash your hair once a week *Never sleep with wet hair extensions. *Always make sure the hair is dry and pulled up or preferably put in to a braid to keep hair from tangling at night. *BY BOOKING YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THIS POLICY !
